I experienced problems when my carry-on bag went missing when flying with Buddha Air during my recent trip to Kathmandu. I went straight to the Buddha Air Kathmandu Office in Nepal to lodge a complaint about the misplaced suitcase. With professionalism and sensitivity, the office personnel led me through the complaint process. They were efficient and compassionate. They promised to look into it and find my bag as soon as possible. Despite the difficulty, I had a good experience with Buddha Air's customer service because of their quick reaction and help. I hope this unforeseen problem will be resolved, and I am grateful for the support that the Kathmandu office has given me.
